Throughout these policies, the terms "we", "us", "our", "Valencio", "Valencio Fragrances" refer to Praman Traders. The terms "you", "your", "customer" and "user" refer to the person accessing this website or placing an order with us.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.valencio.co.in (the "Website") and any purchase made from Valencio Fragrances, operated by Praman Traders. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order with us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing. All products listed on the Website are hanging car fragrance bottles inspired by well known luxury perfumes. Fragrance interpretations are Valencio's own; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any luxury perfume house whose scents inspire our compositions. All product names of third party perfumes referenced on the Website are used solely to describe olfactive inspiration and remain the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, offers and product availability at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of successful order placement.

4. Orders & Acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted only after we send a confirmation email or SMS and successfully receive payment (for prepaid orders) or verify the shipping address (for Cash on Delivery orders). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete or incorrect shipping details, or non serviceable PIN codes. In such cases, any amount received from you will be refunded in full.

5. Payments. Prepaid payments on the Website are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway, Shopify Payments and other authorised third party payment processors. All card, UPI, wallet and net banking details are captured and stored by the respective payment processor and are never stored on our servers. By making a payment you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

6. Cash on Delivery ("COD"). COD is offered at our sole discretion on serviceable PIN codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and is waived automatically on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout. You agree to accept and pay for a valid COD order at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your address, phone number or account.

10. Discount Codes & Offers. Promotional codes (including but not limited to "VALENCIO10" and first order discounts) are subject to eligibility conditions, may not be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. Any misuse of promotional codes may result in cancellation of the associated order.

11. Intellectual Property. All content on the Website — including the "Valencio" and "Valencio Fragrances" name and logo, fragrance names, product photography, packaging design, illustrations, copy, code and layout — is the exclusive property of Praman Traders or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any content from the Website without our prior written permission.

12. User Responsibilities. You agree not to (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, our systems, or any other user's account; (c) use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Website except for standard search engine indexing; (d) upload or transmit any harmful code, spam or objectionable content; (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (f) resell our products in any manner that misrepresents our brand or violates these Terms.

13. Product Usage & Safety. Valencio hanging car fragrances are intended for use inside automobiles only. They are for external use, not for skin, eyes, mouth or ingestion. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and open flame. We shall not be liable for any misuse of the product, including but not limited to spillage, staining of interiors, allergic reactions, ingestion or any consequential damage arising out of use contrary to the intended purpose or instructions.

14. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Praman Traders, its directors, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, our products, delivery delays, or these Terms. Our aggregate liability, in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Praman Traders and its officers, employees and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the Website or products; or (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Force Majeure. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, riot, terrorism, government action, courier or logistics disruptions, strikes, internet or utility failures.

17. Third Party Links. The Website may contain links to third party websites or services (including social media platforms and payment processors). Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party website.

18. Modification of Terms. We reserve the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.

All fragrances are hand bottled at our facility in India and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 6 business days depending on your PIN code and courier network. Delivery to remote or non metro locations may take slightly longer.

Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999 a nominal shipping charge is added at checkout and displayed transparently before payment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the courier partner name and tracking link. You may also track your order by writing to us with your order number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, regional lockdowns, transit strikes, natural disasters or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, non responsive contact number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge you the actual re shipping cost before resending the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India, at our sole discretion.

A nominal COD handling fee may apply and is waived automatically on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Delivery partners may refuse to break large currency notes.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for the associated address, phone number or account.

You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our facility by writing to us at info@valencio.co.in with your order number.

Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, please refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our Returns & Replacement Policy.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, non serviceable address, or repeated COD refusals. In such cases, any amount received from you will be refunded in full.

A return or replacement is applicable only if the product is delivered damaged, incomplete, defective, or is materially different from what was ordered.

You must reach out to us within 3 (three) days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement, by writing to info@valencio.co.in with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs and an unboxing video.

The unboxing video is mandatory for damage, breakage or missing item claims and must clearly show the sealed outer package being opened for the first time.

Once we verify your claim, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement, or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used bottles are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all inserts, tags and the outer box. Products returned without original packaging or in a used condition (other than a verified damaged/defective claim) may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Return shipping arranged by the customer without prior confirmation from us will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued only for approved return, replacement or cancellation requests as per our Returns & Replacement Policy and Cancellation Policy above.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer. In such cases we will collect the required UPI ID or bank details from you over email or phone. Please do not share these details with anyone claiming to be from Valencio through unofficial channels.

The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is beyond our control. If you do not see the refund after 14 business days from our confirmation email, please write to info@valencio.co.in with your order number and refund reference and we will assist you.

Any shipping charges, COD handling fees and payment gateway charges (where applicable) are non refundable unless the return is due to a verified damaged, defective or incorrect product delivered by us.

Refunds for orders paid using promotional codes or discounts will be calculated on the actual amount paid by you, not the original list price.

All refund related correspondence should be addressed to info@valencio.co.in. Please quote your order number in every communication for faster resolution.

We collect only the information required to process and deliver your order — such as your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, email address and (where relevant) GSTIN. We also collect anonymous usage data to improve the Website.

Your payment information (card, UPI, wallet, net banking) is processed securely by our payment partners (PhonePe, Shopify Payments and other authorised processors) and is never stored on our servers.

We share your information with logistics partners strictly to fulfil your order, and with our payment processors strictly to process your payment. We do not sell your personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@valencio.co.in. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your cart, personalise your experience and measure Website performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Website may not function correctly.
